The DCVAS study closed to recruitment in December 2017.

Final data was submitted for 6991 patients from 136 sites in 32 countries.

Study Objective

Develop and validate diagnostic and classification criteria for systemic vasculitis which can be used in daily clinical practice and for use in clinical trials.

Study Population

• 2000 patients over 18 years with a new or an established diagnosis of vasculitis
• 1500 patients over 18 years with a similar presentation to vasculitis, but an alternative diagnosis
